The American Consumer Awards aim to enhance consumer
rights and promote corporate value by publicly recognizing
companies that excel in consumer evaluations based on the four
consumer rights, thereby improving consumer welfare
and enhancing corporate reputation.

For Consumer
Consumers are provided with information
about companies that have received excellent
ratings based on evaluations directly from
other consumers. This facilitates the transmission
of consumer opinions to companies,
thereby contributing to the enhancement
of consumer rights.
For Business
The American Consumer Right Association (ACRA) is
committed to rigorously and fairly assessing
consumer evaluations and ensuring that prospective
consumers are guaranteed the four fundamental
rights: the right to safety, the right to be informed,
the right to choose, and the right to be heard.
